Sally joined empire group having previously worked as a Business Development Executive within the FMCG industry and Legal Secretary for national, top-tier firms. Her extensive administrative background has provided Sally with valuable insights and a profound understanding of what makes a great support candidate. Alyssa is the welcoming face that greets you when you enter our Brisbane office. She is a fairly new asset to empire group as she joined our team in late 2016 as the Brisbane based Receptionist and more recently, has taken over our marketing role.
As our Receptionist, her main duties include general administration, whilst also providing support to our Office Administrator, Personal Administrator and recruitment consultants. As our Marketing Administrator, she manages all social media platforms and marketing requirements.

As our National Administrator, Ami-lea supports our Consultants and Leadership team on a day to day basis and brings almost 20 years’ experience to her role.
Ami-lea commenced her career as an outside clerk in a law firm before moving into the role of a team coordinator in recruitment where she worked alongside some of the Consultants here at empire today. Her passion for internal/external customer service and stakeholder engagement then took her into aviation where she spent just under 10 years in many different capacities including process development & compliance. Her time here was invaluable and equipped her with the skills to transfer to Government, Marketing/Communications and Not for Profit industries in Account Management, Service Delivery and Event Management roles.

Farah Kompani spent the first 2 years of her career as a Paralegal in a specialist property firm in London. Farah joined legal eagles in November 2016 after 11 years in legal recruitment; the first 7 in London and most recent 4 years in Sydney. Farah works with specialist firms, international boutiques, mid-tiers and global market leaders. Farah prides herself on being a reliable source of information for her candidates on the inside knowledge of her client portfolio ensuring candidates feel confident and empowered in their job search.

Tarnya is a highly experienced Recruitment Consultant. Having commenced her career in recruitment in 1994 she has worked extensively in legal recruitment and also commercial support recruitment.
Her strengths are her ability to grasp client requirements quickly and to achieve their temporary and or permanent objectives in a short space of time. Tarnya is very warm and friendly and shows a genuine concern, interest and understanding in her relationship with both her clients and candidates.
Over the years Tarnya has worked with a global resources consultancy and a number of smaller agencies. She has exceptional industry knowledge and enjoys taking a lead role in advising clients in private practice, corporations as well as government departments in the recruitment and retention of legal support staff.
Tarnya has joined empire to assist in the continued growth of temporary staff and wants to use her skills to overachieve. She enjoys building relationships and exceeding client and candidate expectations. Having had so much experience, Tarnya is known to many people in the industry and has some great connections making her a valuable team member within the empire group.

Clare joined empire group in early 2011 as our Brisbane Receptionist before moving into her current role as PA to the Managing Partner. Her main duties include organizing events & catering, all travel bookings nationally, sourcing promotional material, supporting the Managing Partner and admin team.
Clare now has over 9 years’ experience working within office support after beginning her admin career in high school where she completed her Certificate III and IV in Business Administration.
